About the Role
The Production Supervisor coordinates, assigns tasks, and oversees hourly employees to meet production requirements in a fast-paced environment, focusing on operational efficiency, team motivation, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage staff to ensure productivity and alignment with client satisfaction goals
- Adapt plans and schedules to meet customer requirements
- Lead and participate in 5S, Lean, and Kaizen initiatives

- Handle HR-related issues including employee reviews and record-keeping

- Supervise production staff and group leaders
Requirements
- 1-3 years of production experience
- Proficiency in SAP for systems and reporting
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
- Understanding of work standards and production processes
