About the Role

As an Objektleiter (m/w/d), you will be responsible for several demanding properties, ensuring that the highest security standards are reliably met daily. You will be the primary point of contact on-site, supporting your team leader and representing them competently at all times.

Responsibilities

• Selection and training of new employees and intensive support in achieving goals
• Conducting regular property and service checks
• Point of contact for the client in all operational security matters
• Creation and maintenance of reporting systems
• Support with duty scheduling
• Support with short-term personnel absences
• Ensuring short-term telephone availability

Requirements

• IHK certificate of competence test (according to § 34a GewO) or higher
• Demonstrable leadership experience
• Impeccable extended police clearance certificate
• Proof of measles vaccination or measles immunity
• First aid certificate
• Fire safety assistant certificate
