About the Role

The Integrity team is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to reduce fraud costs and drive solutions that safeguard the platform's integrity. You will develop a deep understanding of our core audiences, analyze behaviors indicating risky patterns, lead investigations, design data-informed strategies, and implement cross-functional initiatives to mitigate losses while maintaining a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

Establish and refine DoorDash's strategic approach to payments, credit and refund risks.
Analyze user behavior across DoorDash's platform to identify bad actors and improve the experience of good users.
Influence and engage across the company by partnering with product, engineering, and analytics teams to establish goals and build strategic programs.
Improve through experimentation by using data-driven decision-making to run tests that reduce risk and accelerate growth.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics or related experience.
Experience leading projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment.
Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in SQL.
Expertise in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets/sheets).
