About the Role
The Integrity team is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to reduce fraud costs and drive solutions that safeguard the platform's integrity. You will develop a deep understanding of our core audiences, analyze behaviors indicating risky patterns, lead investigations, design data-informed strategies, and implement cross-functional initiatives to mitigate losses while maintaining a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Establish and refine DoorDash's strategic approach to payments, credit and refund risks.
- Analyze user behavior across DoorDash's platform to identify bad actors and improve the experience of good users.
- Influence and engage across the company by partnering with product, engineering, and analytics teams to establish goals and build strategic programs.
- Improve through experimentation by using data-driven decision-making to run tests that reduce risk and accelerate growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics or related experience.
- Experience leading projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment.
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Expertise in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets/sheets).
