About the Role

AIApply Testing is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data, driving informed business decisions. You will collaborate with departments to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights through reports and visualizations, working with large datasets and advanced analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide tailored analytical solutions.
• Utilize statistical methods and data modeling techniques to solve complex problems.
• Continuously monitor data quality and propose improvements to data collection and analysis processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with statistical analysis and familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and database management is desirable.
