About the Role

Provide administrative and sales support to the International Sales department, focusing on the Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) team. The primary goal is to drive sales growth through administrative and analytical support on sales and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to queries and requests from the local ANZ team across the PRH list.
  • Update weekly and monthly sales reports, and promotional trackers.
  • Monitor and analyse title sales, providing insights to key stakeholders, including trends in the market.
  • Share market information within the sales team and contribute to internal meetings.
  • Create and adapt sales material for annual budget meeting and monthly Group Company buying meetings.
  • Assist senior team members in meeting business targets for this territory.

Requirements

  • Experience in reporting and analysing data within a sales environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle competing deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building positive relationships within the team and with customers.
  • Ability to work autonomously on specific tasks, showing initiative and anticipating needs.
