About the Role
The Fleet Coordinator is central to all operations, managing the fleet and supporting a fast-growing startup environment with premium cars and Driver Representatives.
Responsibilities
- Streamline the delivery and collection process
- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Maintain record logs for smooth vehicle running
- Conduct full damage checks
- Identify and report fleet maintenance issues
- Liaise with car repair services
- Perform general administration duties
- Deliver and collect company cars across London and surrounding areas
Requirements
- Loves to engage with customers and delivers outstanding levels of service
- Takes ownership of customer needs and complaints
- Passionate and knowledgeable about cars
- Good communication and time management skills
- Flexible to work on weekends
- Ownership of a full clean GB or EU driving licence held for a minimum of 24 months
- Previous car rental experience is strongly desirable
