Our brand-new state-of-the-art dental practice is seeking a motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to support practice growth and ensure patients have a smooth and positive experience. Responsibilities
- Presenting treatment plans and guiding patients through recommended care
- Coordinating patient consultations and scheduling treatment appointments
- Supporting case acceptance through clear and compassionate communication
- Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Working closely with the doctor and team to deliver an excellent patient experience
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator
- Strong sales skills/personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
