About the Role

In this role, you will join the Quality Management Team to ensure quality standards are met after vehicle purchase. By handling complaints, you will foster customer loyalty and provide an unparalleled online car buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess damage and defects on used cars using photos, videos, or cost estimates, adhering to high quality standards, and collaborating closely with automotive workshops.
• Act as a communication interface, coordinating between customers, internal departments, and external service providers.
• Serve as a technical advisor to your team, leveraging your expertise to assist with technical inquiries and actively contribute to process and solution development.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through a solution-oriented approach and technical know-how.

Requirements

• Experience in the automotive sector, e.g., as a mechatronics technician, body shop technician, or automotive service advisor.
• Ideally, initial professional experience in customer service and strong communication skills with a passion for customer interaction.
• Structured and independent work style, with a team-player attitude.
• Fluent German language skills and proficient use of Google Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
• Passion for cars and willingness to learn new topics.
