About the Role
As a Merchandise Processor, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role preparing products for the sales floor. This position offers the opportunity to build valuable skills and grow your career while supporting a meaningful mission.
Responsibilities
- Sort, hang, price, and prep donated merchandise for the sales floor
- Identify boutique, brand-name, and vintage items
- Meet daily processing goals while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Transport merchandise to the sales floor and stock by category
- Deliver friendly customer service and assist with donation intake
- Cross-train in other store areas to support team needs
Requirements
- Maintain a positive attitude and team spirit
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow directions in English
- Reliability and pride in work
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
