About the Role
As a Sous Chef, you will foster a culture of food exploration, innovation, and education. You will utilize various kitchen tools and equipment to prepare meals, support the Executive Chef, uphold high quality and cleanliness standards, and provide fast, friendly customer service.
Responsibilities

- Prepare meals using stoves, grills, pizza ovens, and other kitchen tools
- Fill in for the Executive Chef as needed
- Uphold quality standards in food preparation and cleanliness
- Maintain an atmosphere of customer engagement
- Provide fast and friendly customer service
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of culinary, kitchen, or restaurant experience
- Passion for food and culinary innovation
- Ability to adapt to varying environments including freezers, refrigerators, and food prep areas
- Commitment to community involvement
