About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager for HCP (Healthcare Professional) Travel, you will be the end-to-end owner of a critical, highly regulated vertical, architecting a seamless, compliant, and world-class experience for medical professionals. You will bridge complex business requirements and scalable engineering solutions, building a business within a business and setting the industry standard for HCP travel.

Responsibilities

  • Become the Resident Expert: Work with HCP business owners to understand healthcare travel nuances, regulatory constraints, and user preferences.
  • Own the Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end HCP travel journey, including booking, servicing, administration, compliant reporting, and internal support tooling.
  • Solve Systemic Architecture: Identify and resolve deep-seated architectural challenges to ensure robust underlying systems for the HCP sector.
  • Drive Vision & Execution: Contribute to and communicate a clear product vision, iterating rapidly to meet global customer demands.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams from ideation through launch.
  • Data-Driven Accountability: Set KPIs, measure success, use data to navigate ambiguity, and provide clear documentation for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of Product Management experience at a software company.
  • Experience working on user-facing applications with high backend complexity.
  • Ability to grasp complex engineering intricacies and simplify them for others.
  • Understanding of technical dependencies and ability to communicate with engineering counterparts.
  • Relationship builder who anticipates the needs of internal subject-matter experts and external customers.
  • Experience in corporate travel or finance tools, marketplaces, payments, procure-to-pay, or highly regulated industries is a major plus.
  • Travel to San Francisco and Berlin offices is required.
