About the Role

Join a small, experienced, and highly collaborative engineering team where your work has immediate impact. As a full-stack developer at XU Group, you will design and build key features of our Education-as-a-Service platform that empowers learners and organizations in areas such as AI, sport, innovation, digital transformation and leadership. You’ll work closely with product and engineering leadership, take ownership of technical decisions, and help shape the next generation of our Education as a Service Platform. Your contribution can be a significant leverage for positive change!

Responsibilities

  • Build intuitive, high-performing user interfaces with Angular & TypeScript
  • Design and implement robust backend services with Node.js / NestJS
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, ensuring high code quality through reviews and automated testing
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and help evolve the platform as it scales
  • Share knowledge within the team and actively contribute to our engineering culture
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to deliver value quickly and continuously

Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience with Angular, Node.js/NestJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, and ideally GraphQL
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, clean code, and testing practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, make pragmatic decisions, and think ahead
  • Curiosity, ownership mindset, and genuine motivation to contribute to a meaningful product
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Infrastructure-as-Code is a plus
