About the Role

As a Marketing Werkstudent, you will proactively develop content, manage social media channels, create SEO-optimized blog posts, and utilize AI tools to support content creation. You will also assist with newsletter planning and creation, track KPIs, and design visuals.

Responsibilities

• Proactive content development, considering industry trends and target audiences.
• Create and maintain content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Research, write, and publish AEO and SEO-optimized content for the solar blog.
• Utilize AI tools to support content creation.
• Assist with the planning and creation of the monthly newsletter.
• Monitor relevant KPIs and derive channel optimizations.
• Design visuals using Canva and edit videos using CapCut.

Requirements

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Media, or a comparable field.
• Available for 20 hours per week, ideally starting in August.
• Structured and proactive work approach with a willingness to contribute ideas.
• First experience in creating social media or blog content, preferably in B2B.
• Familiarity with SEO basics and content optimization for search engines.
• Proficient in German writing with a good sense for different target audiences.
• Actively use AI tools for content creation.
• Experience with tools like Canva or CapCut is a plus.
