About the Role
You will be the strategic partner for private owners and the manager of your residential property portfolios (multi-family houses & special property management). Our operational service team will handle day-to-day business, allowing you to focus on proactive management and prepare for a future leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Owner support & consulting: Act as the primary contact for private owners, proactively advising them on property potential, rent adjustments, and value preservation strategies.
- Sophisticated tenant management: Manage the entire lifecycle of tenancies, from selecting suitable tenants to legally compliant rent increases and conflict resolution.
- Property & maintenance management: Plan and oversee maintenance and modernization measures in multi-family houses and apartments, managing external service providers.
- Economic control: Review operating cost and special property management statements for plausibility and monitor the profitability of managed properties.
- Leadership perspective: Provide technical mentorship to junior colleagues, contribute to optimizing internal processes in rental and special property management, and receive structured preparation for a Team Lead role.
Requirements
- Completed training as a real estate agent/clerk, real estate administrator, or a comparable real estate economics degree.
- Several years of in-depth professional experience in rental and special property management (multi-family houses & special property management).
- Absolute proficiency in current residential tenancy law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with private owners and tenants.
- Confident, customer-oriented, and solution-oriented communication style.
- Potential for leadership, with a desire to share knowledge, take responsibility, and advance a team both technically and personally.
- Structured, independent work style.
- Proficient use of modern ERP systems and digital workflows.
