About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to represent an innovative surgical portfolio while working alongside a highly respected commercial and clinical support team. The position focuses on opening new accounts, strengthening existing hospital relationships, and expanding market share through a disciplined, consultative approach to selling.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a comprehensive territory growth strategy focused on increasing revenue and market share throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
- Generate new business by identifying opportunities within hospitals, surgical centres, and acute care facilities.
- Expand existing accounts by developing relationships with surgeons, physicians, perioperative nurses, procurement teams, and healthcare leaders.
- Lead product evaluations, clinical demonstrations, educational sessions, and customer implementations.
- Support product launches and commercial initiatives within the assigned territory.
- Attend industry conferences, educational meetings, and customer events to strengthen market presence.
- Partner closely with Clinical Specialists to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience growing a sales territory through disciplined business development and strategic account management.
- Demonstrated success building relationships within healthcare or other complex professional selling environments.
- Experience introducing innovative products that require education, evaluation, and clinical support throughout the buying process.
- Medical device, surgical, hospital, or acute care sales experience is preferred but professionals with outstanding consultative B2B sales accomplishments are encouraged to apply.
