About the Role
At PIB Employee Benefits, we’re reshaping how organisations care for their people by combining expert advice, market-leading benefits, and a human approach to help colleagues thrive. We are looking for a Delivery Specialist to deliver benefits technology and data processing support, lead smaller client propositions, and ensure client work is completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day support for benefits technology portals, including renewals, launches/changes, updates, and resolving client queries within agreed service levels.
- Support Consultants and the wider client-facing team with technology services, data processing, reporting, and meeting preparation, ensuring all work meets compliance, quality, and accuracy standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients and providers through regular communication, providing ad-hoc support, and understanding their schemes.
- Maintain accurate internal systems and client records, share knowledge for effective cover, and contribute to best practice, continuous improvement, and developing wider employee benefits and market knowledge.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office, Systems Management, Business Management, or similar areas.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Experience working within the Employee Benefits industry or knowledge of how employee benefits operate is highly desirable but not essential.
