About the Role
Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides for flexible live-in opportunities across Nassau County. This role offers the ability to choose from various scheduling options while providing essential care to clients in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
- Valid NYS HHA Certificate
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Physical exam within the last year
- PPD or QuantiFERON within the last year or chest X-ray within the last 5 years
- MMR immunizations within the last 10 years
