About the Role
A 24-month graduate program designed to develop expertise in underwriting across various insurance lines, with support for professional qualifications and potential international placements.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in underwriting areas, including risk assessment, coverage, pricing, and account management.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of how insurance works.
- Develop a broad network of market contacts.
- Participate in a structured induction program.
- Undertake learning opportunities on each placement, including on-the-job training, technical briefings, professional education courses, and self-study.
- Rotate across different lines of business and departments, potentially including an overseas placement.
Requirements
- Must have a 2.1 degree.
- Must have 3 or more 'A' levels (grades A to C).
- Must have GCSE Math's and English (both minimum grade B).
- Must have good IT skills including Microsoft Excel.
- Must be able to start in September 2026.
- Must have an unrestricted right to work in the UK.
