About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and customer-focused professional to support the management of a corporate development in the City of London. This role involves acting as a visible ambassador for the site, leading by example to deliver an exceptional concierge-style experience for tenants and visitors while maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Support the Security Manager in the day-to-day management of site security operations.
• Engage professionally with tenants and visitors to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Supervise the on-site security team, including coaching, training, and performance management.
• Maintain site assignment instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Manage staff rotas to ensure full coverage while adhering to working time regulations.
• Collaborate with the client and site team to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Monitor and operate CCTV systems in compliance with GDPR and site procedures.
• Perform front-of-house duties to promote a welcoming and secure environment.
• Act as a visible security presence and respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Identify and escalate issues promptly according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate security documentation and records.
• Produce clear daily reports and incident reports.

Requirements

• Valid Frontline SIA Licence.
• Valid CCTV Licence.
• Previous experience in a Security Supervisor, Deputy Manager, or similar leadership role within a corporate security environment.
• Experience supporting security operations within commercial office or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and CCTV operations.
• IT literacy with confidence using multiple systems and Microsoft Office applications.
