About the Role
As an Account Management Associate, you will help clients access Third Bridge's research solutions, build trusted relationships with fund managers, and assist investors in maximizing their research. You will play a key role in helping clients navigate our AI-integrated ecosystem and drive account growth by identifying relevant content or connecting them to industry experts.
Responsibilities
- Help your book of clients access the full suite of research solutions Third Bridge offers.
- Build lasting trusted relationships with credit funds, hedge funds, and mutual funds managers.
- Work with investors on a day-to-day basis helping them maximise their investment research.
- Gain a deep understanding of our products and our clients’ preferences.
- Play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate our AI-integrated ecosystem, ensuring they utilise our products to extract the most relevant investment research at speed.
- Drive account growth by identifying relevant content or connecting them to industry experts to optimise their usage and increase our mindshare.
- Keep our systems up to date with client user preferences and other pertinent account data.
- Uphold our One Third Bridge ethos by working collaboratively with colleagues across international business functions.
Requirements
- A graduate with some customer-facing work experience.
- Interested in honing skills and growing a commercial skillset.
- Curious about the intersection of high-touch service and cutting-edge technology.
- Ready to learn how AI-driven tools can enhance the investor experience.
- Hungry to learn all you can and take advantage of the training provided.
- Enjoy collaborating with a team, sharing ideas and expertise, and learning from others.
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Target-driven, hard work ethic.
- Confident in written and spoken communication, whether on the phone or face to face.
- Other languages may be helpful when working with some of our clients.
