About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Country Commercial Manager to drive revenue growth from our Invoicing and Expense Management products, as well as leading on our Accountant Go-To-Market strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product performance, uncover opportunities, and deliver results with a focus on numbers, members, product prioritization, and detailed planning to ensure revenue targets are met and customer lifetime value increases.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth from Invoicing and Expense Management products.
- Lead on Accountant Go-To-Market strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product performance and uncover opportunities.
- Implement core activities to drive activation and usage of Invoicing and Expense Management.
- Unlock growth from Accountants.
- Partner with marketing teams for seamless delivery of 'always on' campaign activity.
- Own the strategy and launch approach for new product launches, considering all channels and member touch points.
- Partner effectively with multiple stakeholders, including Senior Leadership Team and C-Suite.
- Set, track, and refine financial projections for Invoicing, Expense Management, and Accountants.
- Analyze member behavior, segment audiences, and measure subscription cohort performance.
- Translate data into clear recommendations for product prioritization, pricing, positioning, and communications.
- Partner with Product teams to shape product positioning, product-led growth, and align on roadmaps.
- Support new feature launches across channels, partnering with sales and operations teams.
- Facilitate brainstorm sessions and workshops for creative ideas and implementation plans.
- Lead ongoing commercial research and competitive analysis.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies to strengthen and differentiate Tide’s positioning and value proposition.
- Become an expert in member motivations to bring their voice to commercial and product design discussions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in driving commercial impact.
- Experience partnering with finance to understand performance and identify opportunities.
- Ability to set and track clear KPIs across all initiatives to meet revenue goals.
- 5+ years of experience leading 'always on' activity to drive commercial performance.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver consistent activity that drives commercial impact.
- Strong analytical mindset: Able to review and interpret data to develop hypotheses and assumptions, turning insights into clear, actionable plans.
- Proven Go-To-Market track record – delivering holistic, high impact omni-channel campaigns.
- Exceptional project management skills, able to juggle multiple launches and tactical tests.
- Creative collaborator: Builds relationships across teams, crafts compelling messaging and navigates ambiguity with confidence.
- Self-starter attitude: Works backwards from targets, removes blockers proactively and adapts when priorities shift.
