Responsibilities
- Responsible for microphone wiring of presenters and studio guests, including correct positioning of clip-on microphones.
- Perform technical tests of all video and audio equipment in the studio.
- Support in troubleshooting technical studio equipment and accessories.
- Manage wireless microphone systems and operate the teleprompter.
- Assist with inventory management of small material stocks (e.g., tape, labeling devices, etc.).
- Operate camera tripods (including robotic tripods) and set up cameras for alignment as needed.
- Wire flatscreens and preview monitors, and move playback monitors during a broadcast.
Requirements
- Student with initial experience in a TV broadcast and production environment.
- General knowledge of video and audio technology.
- Good technical understanding and good IT skills.
- General knowledge of camera and stage technology.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, nights, and potentially overtime.
