About the Role
Working as a Technical Onboarding Support Executive, you will assist in launching top brands onto our Network by providing high-level Technical Support during the Integration Process. This fast-paced role involves liaising with client marketing and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of our tracking technology on time and in accordance with campaign specifications. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients launching onto the Network by providing detailed and thorough Technical Integration Support.
- Act as a liaison to provide clear and concise technical guidance.
- Isolate errors within client setups and provide feedback on possible solutions.
- Negotiate and handle objections for below-standard setups that do not align with team targets.
- Contribute to monthly Integration Team targets, incentivized on over-performance.
- Review fellow team members' work for technical sign-off.
- Report technical issues/bugs with the platform and escalate as appropriate.
- Administer a knowledge base for internal and external use.
- Provide high-level training to internal colleagues.
- Test new developments and features.
Requirements
- Ability to understand web languages such as basic HTML, SQL, JavaScript and ideally PHP.
- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and their use.
- Fluent English and German language skills (C1+).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Strong communication skills, ideally with customer service experience.
- Strives to continually improve productivity and quality of work.
- Self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Understands the importance of processes and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
