About the Role

Portico is seeking a Corporate Welcome Host (Receptionist) for a building in the west end. The primary goal is to create a positive visitor experience by providing a warm welcome, customer-focused assistance, and a fond farewell. The role involves having a strong knowledge of building operations and collaborating with the client for regular innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome, customer-focused assistance onsite, and a fond farewell to create lasting memories for visitors and occupiers.
• Maintain a fantastic knowledge of the building's operations.
• Work closely with the client to innovate regularly.
• Act as the go-to person in the building.
• Focus on building strong and lasting relationships with the tenants.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Natural initiative to take tasks on automatically.
• People person.
• Good levels of flexibility and adaptability to respond to differing client needs.
• Excellent multitasker.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Comfortable being the sole Portico team member on site.
