About the Role

As a driver, you will travel to and from our customers to collect and dispose of their hazardous waste items. You will visit customer sites servicing their hazardous waste facilities, ensuring vehicle safety and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customer sites to service hazardous waste facilities (sharp bins, poisons, dental waste, etc.).
• Ensuring vehicle safety and adherence to driving guidance.
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional image.
• Loading and unloading units and bins.
• Passing on sales leads.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years.
• No more than six penalty points on driving licence.
• Comfortable working in a very manual role.
• Ability to use own initiative.
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• May be required to pass a DBS check.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary/Compensations

• Basic salary of £28,270 per annum.
• Expected OTE £30,270 per annum.
• Potential for increased salary with more hours.
