Responsibilities

• Manage dispatching in a timely and efficient manner.
• Plan assignments for construction sites and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate incoming orders and ensure clean processing.
• Oversee logistics and optimize processes.

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., in freight forwarding & logistics) or comparable qualification.
• Initial experience in a similar role, ideally in the construction or technical field.
• Interest in technical contexts and a good sense for planning.
• Very good Excel skills for daily use.
• Strong service orientation and clear, binding communication.
• Team spirit combined with assertiveness.
