Responsibilities

Perform diverse commercial activities and task-related project assignments.
Support the HR department.
Maintain and file project documents.
Process incoming invoices.
Create outgoing invoices based on templates provided by construction management.
Maintain data in various portals.

Requirements

Successfully completed commercial training as a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d).
Professional experience in the construction industry and trades is advantageous.
High degree of reliability and accuracy.

Education Level

Commercial training as a Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandel Management (m/w/d), Kaufmann im Büromanagement (m/w/d)
