About the Role
PicturePeople is looking for individuals with a passion for photography and a desire to connect with people and their stories. This role offers a diverse challenge in conducting unique photoshoots.
Responsibilities
- Create unique photos by implementing creative ideas and capturing the individual personality of each client.
- Conduct professional photoshoots, managing the entire process from preparation to post-production, both in-studio and on-location.
- Master image editing using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to perfect photographs.
- Advise clients on poses, expressions, and image selection to create a comfortable atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve outstanding results.
- Support customer acquisition by planning and executing proactive campaigns.
Requirements
- Possess a journeyman's certificate as a photographer (m/f/d) or demonstrable relevant experience in people and portrait photography as a career changer.
- Proficient in common image editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to integrate well into the team.
- Ability to maintain an overview and prioritize tasks even in hectic situations.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work in a shift model during opening hours, including Saturdays.
