About the Role
Join the PicturePeopleFamily as a deputy studio manager and help lead a team alongside your studio manager. We are looking for someone eager to climb the career ladder and take on responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Support the team's leadership and organizational management, including the training of apprentices.
- Prepare, conduct, and follow up on photo shoots.
- Share responsibility for the studio's work quality and revenue.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with studio and regional management.
- Assist the team with daily operations.
- Implement creative promotions with your team.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a photographer (m/f/d), in retail, or in gastronomy.
- Initial experience in motivating and leading people, as well as in personnel deployment and budget planning is desirable.
- Friendly and communicative demeanor, teamwork skills, and a feel for numbers.
- Open, friendly, and approachable manner with customers and colleagues.
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays.
