About the Role
As a Technology leader in the real estate industry, PAUL connects artificial intelligence, IoT hardware, and heat pumps into an intelligent system for CO₂-neutral heat. We bring the heat transition directly into existing buildings quickly, scalably, and without classic renovation effort or investment risk for our customers. Your mission will be to coordinate and accept the installation of our heat pump systems on-site, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality are reliably met. You will connect construction processes, quality assurance, customer orientation, and commissioning with a responsible, structured way of working.
Responsibilities
- Record technical and local conditions completely and document measurement, test, and acceptance protocols.
- Track construction processes and cross-trade interfaces cleanly.
- Coordinate installation by partner companies in close coordination with the technical project manager.
- Secure cost, deadline, and quality specifications during implementation.
- Be responsible for the quality assurance of installations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through precise execution and support.
- Control the smooth commissioning of systems according to technical requirements.
- Perform final acceptance and handover for trouble-free operation.
Requirements
- A technical background is important, with typical paths including a technical apprenticeship or a degree in heating and sanitary engineering, electrical engineering, or civil engineering/structural engineering.
- Experience in roles such as Construction Manager, Technical Project Coordinator, or Master/Technician in the TGA (Technical Building Equipment) field.
- Good understanding of construction processes and technical/cross-trade interfaces.
- Experience in construction management and coordination of partner companies on the construction site.
- Practical experience in quality assurance and measurement/acceptance protocols; VOB knowledge is an advantage.
- Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style with parallel projects.
- Confident use of digital recording and documentation systems.
- Willingness to travel nationwide and flexibility.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to maintain an overview and act solution-oriented even with changing construction sites and tight schedules.
- Independently implement solutions with solution orientation and personal responsibility.
- Show proactivity even when not every process is perfectly defined.
- Strive for excellence in quality and efficiency.
- Ensure structuring and scalability of complex topics.
