About the Role

You are looking to start a career in construction management and seek a role where you can take on responsibility from the beginning. Join us as a Junior Construction Manager for Traffic Safety at our Berlin location and help us create safe traffic routes with genuine responsibility from day one.

Responsibilities

• Support needs assessment, planning, and visualization of traffic safety measures.
• Assist in obtaining official permits and coordinate with relevant authorities and project stakeholders.
• Support planning of personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate the procurement of internal and external services.
• Accompany site setup and assist with technical acceptances.
• Monitor inspections and deadlines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist with performance reporting, invoice verification, and economic assessments.
• Create and maintain project-related documentation.
• Support internal and external communication to ensure transparent information flow.

Requirements

• Completed technical training or studies in construction (e.g., civil engineering, construction technology) or initial relevant professional experience.
• Experience in crafts or the construction/related industries is advantageous but not required.
• Basic knowledge of VOB, RSA, or iTWO is desirable but not mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Driver's license class B.
