About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will develop modern, business-critical software solutions within a global organization. You will focus on complex, scalable application systems and contribute to the future of software engineering by integrating AI-based tools and solutions into agile projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop complex and scalable application systems

  • Create AI-based solutions that provide added value for clients
  • Manage the full software engineering lifecycle from planning to operation
  • Participate in agile software projects for industry leaders
  • Collaborate within internal communities and share knowledge

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related STEM field
  • Practical experience in software development with modern programming languages like Java
  • Understanding of software development concepts and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Openness to using AI-based tools in software development
  • Basic understanding of the possibilities and limitations of AI
  • High quality awareness and agile mindset
  • Strong communication skills and team-player mentality
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1)
  • Very good English language skills
