About the Role

The APAC Education Execution Lead – Hip & Shoulder will be responsible for the DePuy Synthes (DS) clinical standards and strategy for the hip and shoulder portfolios, ensuring the Global Learning and Development framework for the DS Joints business is executed across Asia Pacific. This role will shape and develop Global Advanced and Mastery learning pathways and be responsible for their execution across Asia Pacific, including NPI acceleration. The role also involves delivering Train-the-Trainer programs and partnering with Commercial and Marketing teams to align education strategy with business needs.

Responsibilities

Ensure consistent execution of DS (Joints) Foundation programs aligned with Global Standards.
Shape and develop Global Advanced and Mastery learning pathways for hip & shoulder portfolios.
Execute Advanced and Mastery programs across Asia Pacific, including NPI acceleration.
Deliver Train-the-Trainer programs for CTM’s and others involved in education activities.
Partner with APAC and Market based Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure education strategy reflects business needs and commercial strategy.
Select appropriate delivery modalities based on learner education needs.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for DS implant and technology solutions.
Support targeted customer engagements for NPI launch excellence.
Enhance HCP understanding and utilization of DS implant and technology solutions at Professional Education programs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Strong experience in orthopedics, joint reconstruction, medical devices, clinical education, or healthcare professional training.
Deep knowledge of Hip & Shoulder procedures, implants, and surgical technologies.
Proven experience designing and delivering professional education programs and adult learning initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence regional and global cross-functional teams.
Experience supporting product launches, surgeon education, and technology adoption.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
Ability to travel across Asia Pacific to support training and customer engagements.
Clinical educator or healthcare professional with orthopedic expertise.
Strategic thinker who can translate business needs into impactful learning solutions.
Strong collaborator comfortable working with surgeons, KOLs, sales, marketing, and global education teams.
Passionate about advancing surgical excellence and healthcare professional capability development.
