About the Role

Responsibilities
- Organization of office and operational workflows
- Ensuring the availability of all office supplies and consumables
- Coordination and alignment with external service providers
- Answering, forwarding, and logging phone calls
- Processing incoming mail
- Onboarding new employees and preparing the corresponding hardware and tools
- Welcoming and attending to guests and clients
- Assisting with the preparation of internal meetings and external events
- Planning and organizing internal company, team, and seasonal events
- Implementing feel-good initiatives
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university
- Structured, independent, and confident working style with strong organizational skills and a high degree of reliability
- Friendly, service-oriented mindset with an enjoyable, professional approach to interacting with team members, clients, and partners
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of German is a plus
- Experience with Office 365 and an affinity for modern IT tools are a plus

- Part-time
- 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs) from 08:30 to 12:00
- 12–15 hours per week
