About the Role

The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of projects. Working in a highly collaborative environment alongside Client Team colleagues and Project Management/Client Operations, they ensure projects are delivered successfully while supporting strong client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and support client relationships to ensure accounts run smoothly and remain profitable.
• Ensure projects are delivered successfully while supporting strong client partnerships.
• Coach and share knowledge with colleagues across the Client Team and wider agency, helping to build capability and maintain high standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience working within a healthcare communications/marketing agency.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and/or projects.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare market.
• Experience working across multiple client accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
• Establish effective agency–client partnerships.
• Confidently manage or appropriately escalate complex client requirements.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences to achieve the best outcomes.
• Confidence to contribute to and facilitate client workshops.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions to client challenges.
• Ability to identify and mitigate account risks.
• Ability to escalate issues when required.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
