About the Role
This entry-level Brand Assistant role for Good Housekeeping offers the opportunity to build an amazing career on the UK's biggest women's lifestyle brand. You will be responsible for planning live events, producing member-only content, sourcing offers and competitions, and supporting the Editor in Chief and GH MD in the smooth running of the brand team. The role requires great attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple priorities, and offers autonomy to generate and implement ideas.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Good Housekeeping members, delivering exceptional customer service and managing queries.
- Coordinate the GH member events program, including planning, promotion, and sourcing speakers.
- Create and support member-focused content across print, digital, social, and the Rewards portal.
- Source and manage high-value member benefits, including competitions and offers.
- Collaborate with editorial, customer, and brand teams to integrate membership promotion.
- Provide administrative support to the Editor in Chief, including diary management and travel bookings.
- Act as an ambassador for Good Housekeeping and Hearst UK, embodying company values.
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Solid copywriting experience.
- Experience in a content creation or marketing environment.
- Outgoing, confident, and friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and persuade them to collaborate.
- Energetic, focused, and eager to learn.
