About the Role
This role focuses on improving the quality of our data inventory, including data research, encryption, and expansion of the address data inventory. You will also be responsible for data entry and maintenance of political contacts, as well as creating and controlling event data for analysis and reports. Additionally, you will act as an interface to relevant departments, organizing and supporting member acquisition processes and related administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the quality improvement of our data inventory.
- Conduct online research and perform data encryption for the expansion of the address data inventory.
- Perform data entry and maintenance of political contacts.
- Create and control event data for the preparation of evaluations and reports.
- Serve as an interface to relevant departments, organizing and supporting member acquisition processes, including administrative activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Management / Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence (BI), or seeking a mandatory internship.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Previous practical experience in data maintenance or with data management/CRM systems (preferably HCL Notes and Palturei).
- Structured and meticulous work approach.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and take responsibility for assigned areas.
- Open, friendly, and professional demeanor in team interactions.
- Skilled in charming business partners, customers, and colleagues.
- Good to very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
