About the Role
Join enomyc to help find top talent for German SMEs. You will research, identify, and connect with individuals for demanding leadership positions, contributing to both client mandates and the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Active sourcing of specialists and executives up to C-level via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
- Research and identification of suitable candidates for executive search mandates.
- Analysis of companies, organizational charts, and target markets.
- Creation of longlists and structured candidate overviews.
- Qualification and initial screening of potential candidates.
- Potentially conducting initial phone interviews for professional and personal pre-selection.
- Maintenance of talent pools and documentation of all search activities.
- Close collaboration with the Head of People Advisory on demanding search mandates.
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field.
- Interest in Executive Search, Recruiting, or Management Consulting.
- Enjoyment of research and analytical work.
- Strong communication skills and pleasure in interacting with people.
- Structured, reliable, and independent work style.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in active sourcing or recruiting is a plus.
