The Babynest provides 24/7 support for infants, ensuring a crisis-free environment and the best possible start in life. The team includes educators, medical assistants, and a housekeeping staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and potentially nursing for infants.
- Offer emotional stabilization and support personal development for clients.
- Create a protected pedagogical development environment.
- Ensure child protection and establish a safe, secure, and crisis-free space.
- Apply a systemic and resource-oriented approach to the family's background, life circumstances, and social environment.
- Collaborate to establish age-appropriate goals and perspectives.
- Organize, design, and accompany leisure and group activities.
- Engage in intensive work with parents and families.
- Cooperate and maintain transparency with all parties involved in the support process.
- Participate in and contribute to support conferences.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a state-recognized educator.
- Enjoy working with very young children and their parents.
- Interest and sensitivity towards the individual problems of acutely distressed infants.
