About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and technical designer to elevate our intimates category. You will translate viral, high-concept trends into balanced, commercial ranges while utilizing your mastery of lingerie fit, construction, and cost-effective engineering to meet our target price architecture.
Responsibilities
- Spot fast-moving social micro-trends, viral silhouettes, and aesthetic shifts to create aspirational yet commercial intimates concepts.
- Bridge high-level design ideas into actionable ranges across lingerie, jersey sleepwear, and woven lounge pieces.
- Produce factory-ready technical packages with precise specs, seam callouts, lace placement, and hardware details.
- Collaborate with Buying to design within specific pricing structures and margin targets.
- Engineer styles through smart fabric yields and construction methods to maintain aesthetic value while meeting cost targets.
- Communicate with global suppliers to guide product development, troubleshoot fit issues, and streamline sample approvals.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of lingerie technicalities including complex fit, pattern engineering, and wire/boning work.
- Expertise in designing across both knitted/jersey fabrications and woven categories.
- Demonstrated ability to build aspirational products that align with strict pricing architectures.
- Broad knowledge of global supplier bases with hands-on experience in direct development communication.
- Highly organized self-starter capable of managing tight timelines and competing priorities.
