About the Role

Talent Tribe Consulting is developing an EV Talent Pipeline to address critical skills shortages in the UK's Electric Vehicle (EV), battery technology and advanced manufacturing sectors. Our mission is to connect exceptional talent with global opportunities while delivering innovative, technology-enabled workforce solutions that support business growth and economic development.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure EV charging infrastructure and associated electrical systems.
• Commission and test EV charging stations to ensure operational readiness.
• Conduct electrical testing, inspection, and compliance checks.
• Perform site surveys and assess installation requirements.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis on charging equipment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in electrical installation and commissioning.
• Knowledge of EV charging systems and supporting infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and best practices.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently.
