About the Role
Talent Tribe Consulting International is developing an EV Talent Pipeline to address critical skills shortages in the UK's Electric Vehicle (EV), battery technology and advanced manufacturing sectors. Our mission is to connect exceptional talent with global opportunities while delivering innovative, technology-enabled workforce solutions that support business growth and economic development.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electric vehicles and related sub-systems
- Install and connect electrical components
- Perform quality inspections and testing
- Support automated and semi-automated production lines
- Follow Lean Manufacturing and safety procedures
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related Engineering discipline
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or EV production environments
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High attention to detail and quality standards
