- Own and maintain accurate delivery planning for the AI platform program, including milestones, dependencies, critical path, and risks.
- Translate technical details into clear status updates, decisions, and trade-offs for stakeholders.
- Manage Statements of Work (SOWs), change requests, and commercial discussions with partners to ensure contracted deliverables and proper scope change governance.
- Facilitate governance processes, including steering committees and delivery reviews, to ensure decisions progress.
- Identify potential issues early, escalate them cleanly, present options, and drive resolution.
- Coordinate across operating companies and group functions to ensure alignment and unblock progress across multiple markets.
Requirements
- Strong technical project management experience delivering complex platform or software programs in technically challenging environments.
- Proven track record of managing external System Integrators (SIs) and vendor partners, including steering and pushing back when necessary.
- Sufficient technical literacy to constructively challenge, understand architecture diagrams, and evaluate vendor estimates.
- Solid commercial acumen, including experience with SOWs, change control, vendor performance management, and related discussions.
- Experience working in matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities.
