Responsible for the delivery of Point of Sale (PoS) Lending, one of Boxed's specialist Product Lines.

Align scope with delivery capacity, ensuring optimal team performance without over or under-committing.
Own the PoS Lending product plan, contribute to the master plan, and manage dependencies.
Track progress against the plan, highlighting and mitigating delivery risks.
Report burn down and progress transparently at all organizational levels.
Apply specialist technical knowledge and industry best practices for PoS Lending to influence cross-functional teams.
Support Product Managers with business cases to ensure wise resource deployment and prioritization of high-value work.
Collaborate cross-functionally during discovery, design, delivery, launch, and in-life phases for PoS Lending.
Ensure appropriate business readiness across all Boxed functions and with external suppliers.
Ensure product plans and specifications are documented for client and internal stakeholder sharing.
Track and report delivery progress versus milestones, ensuring project status is well understood.
Log and track risks and mitigation, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending solutions.
Work with Engineering teams to ensure appropriate product testing and high-quality standards.
Contribute to an 'always-evolving' community of practice, improving delivery ways of working.

Strong industry understanding of delivering Point of Sale (PoS) or ePoS finance systems.
Deep understanding of retail payments, financing options (e.g., in-store / e-financing, installment plans, BNPL etc.), compliance requirements, and vendor integrations.
First-hand experience of successful product launch(es) in the specialist area.
Experience coordinating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Risk, and suppliers.
Strong understanding of Agile product development, including tooling such as Jira & Confluence.
Ability to independently establish and manage RAID logs.
Ability to create delivery plans and manage through to successful completion.
Clear reporting into the master plan owned by the Delivery Director.
