About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Operations Manager to lead the delivery and development of our Wealth database, which covers Single Family Offices, Multi-Family Offices, Private Banks, and Wealth Managers. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee research operations, drive productivity, and ensure the delivery of accurate, commercially valuable intelligence. You will lead international teams across the UK and the Philippines, focusing on people development, process improvement, and the execution of research strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Researchers across the UK and the Philippines.
- Manage operational delivery of the Wealth database to meet business priorities and service levels.
- Oversee resource planning, workload allocation, and capacity management.
- Monitor team performance using KPIs and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales, and Editorial teams to align research priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for research workflows and database coverage.
- Support the implementation of new research methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Provide regular reporting and operational updates to senior stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous learning.
- Ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing across geographically distributed teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing operational research or data teams in a business intelligence or financial data environment.
- Strong understanding of the asset management industry.
- Demonstrable experience leading managers or Team Leaders across multiple locations.
- Excellent organizational and operational management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
