About the Role

As a Product Manager within our E‑Commerce Product team, you will own complex, cross‑journey product areas that shape critical moments in the customer experience. You will lead discovery, define strategy, and drive delivery to improve customer confidence and commercial performance, focusing on the customer’s journey from consideration to purchase.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex product areas spanning multiple squads, business units and customer journeys
  • Lead problem framing and opportunity discovery, selecting the right discovery methods to validate hypotheses
  • Define and maintain a clear product vision that guides team priorities and decision-making
  • Influence prioritisation and roadmap decisions across regions and business units
  • Drive net new product and feature development—from concept to validation through experimentation, to scaled delivery
  • Maintain a forward-looking roadmap (3+ quarters) that shapes wider team and stakeholder plans
  • Use behavioural data, customer insight and experimentation to optimise conversion and customer confidence
  • Lead product development across core decision-making experiences such as Product Detail Pages, comparison tools and “help me choose” features
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions with measurable impact
  • Model strong product management practices, supporting and influencing more junior team members

Requirements

  • Experienced Product Manager, comfortable owning complex, cross-functional product areas within e-commerce or digital product environments
  • Proven ability to lead discovery, structure ambiguous problems and translate insight into clear action
  • Strong commercial awareness, with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes
  • Experience working with experimentation, customer data and insight to inform product decisions
  • Confident influencing stakeholders across teams, markets and levels of seniority
  • Able to define and communicate clear product vision and direction
  • Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, high-impact environments, including new product launches
  • Strong collaborator, working effectively with engineering, design and broader business teams
  • Leads through action—raising standards and modelling strong product thinking for others
  • Curious, structured and outcome-driven
