About the Role
As the 3rd in Charge (3IC) at Princess Polly's Bondi Junction store, you will be a key leader supporting store operations and embodying the brand's unique customer experience. This role is ideal for someone ready to advance their leadership skills and retail career within a fast-growing fashion brand.
Responsibilities
- Lead from the front, creating a high-energy, on-brand customer experience.
- Drive results by supporting key KPIs including conversion, ATV, and UPT.
- Own the floor by leading shifts, running the day, and maintaining momentum.
- Coach in the moment, providing real-time feedback, motivation, and support to the team.
- Support stock flow, replenishment, and maintain a seamless shop floor.
- Execute strong visual merchandising to ensure the store is styled, inspiring, and trend-led.
- Support operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and daily store processes.
- Build culture by creating an inclusive, fun, and high-performing team environment that drives engagement, accountability, and results.
Requirements
- Experienced retail team member, ideally in a supervisor or keyholder role.
- Customer-obsessed with a natural ability to connect and create memorable in-store moments.
- Strong seller who leads by example and drives results on the floor.
- Confident communicator with emerging leadership skills.
- Passionate about fashion and bringing trends to life for customers.
- Energetic, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
