About the Company

  • Across every role, electrical, mechanical or BIM, the IN2 difference is the same: you’re expected to think, lead and shape outcomes, not just execute instructions.
  • Ownership from Day One: Whether you join as an Engineer or an experienced Intermediate, you’ll have real accountability and the opportunity to influence project decisions. No waiting for permission and no unnecessary layers of sign-off.
  • Progression Based on Ability: Progress based on what you deliver, not how long you have been in the role. You’ll have a clear pathway from Engineer to Senior, Associate and beyond.
  • Innovation Time: Dedicated time to develop new ideas, explore emerging technologies and contribute to sustainability strategies. It’s built into how we work, not bolted on.
  • High-Performance, Low-Ego Culture: A team that challenges, supports and succeeds together. No hierarchy for hierarchy’s sake. Just talented people doing exceptional work.
  • Complex, High-Profile Projects: Work across technically demanding developments in sectors including data centres, pharmaceutical, life sciences, commercial, infrastructure, residential and healthcare.
