About the Role

This strategic role within the Enterprise Datacenter Channel Organization focuses on driving technical readiness, solution enablement, and partner activation. You will act as a bridge between internal product/engineering teams and external partners, including OEMs, distributors, and ISVs, to ensure they can effectively architect and deploy AMD Datacenter solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute technical enablement strategies for channel partners, distributors, OEMs, and cloud providers.
  • Deliver technical bootcamps, architecture workshops, train-the-trainer sessions, and hands-on labs.
  • Build role-based learning paths for sellers, pre-sales engineers, and solution architects.
  • Drive certification and technical accreditation adoption across partner ecosystems.
  • Support product launches with technical readiness plans and enablement content.
  • Create scalable enablement frameworks for new Datacenter technologies.
  • Develop technical assets including architecture guides, playbooks, battlecards, and demo environments.
  • Collaborate with OEMs, ISVs, and GSIs to align on joint enablement plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to channel presales teams and technical leaders.
  • Drive Technical Advisory Boards to capture market insights.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
  • Provide field feedback to leadership to influence roadmap priorities and training investments.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Datacenter infrastructure, enterprise technology, and solution architecture.
  • Experience in partner enablement, technical sales, or business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive and technical audiences.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
