About the Role
HR Administrator (1year Contract) position focused on HR operations and payroll, supporting internal employees and handling various HR-related tasks. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient HR service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for employee and candidate inquiries, collaborating with global and local teams for appropriate responses or escalations.
- Manage employee data.
- Provide first-level HR support and handle inquiries.
- Perform data entry and create reports.
- Support talent management and performance review operations.
- Handle onboarding processes.
- Manage monthly payroll calculation operations.
- Administer the time and attendance system.
- Support financial report creation.
- Collaborate with and manage external vendors.
- Support payroll-related projects.
- Create purchase orders.
- Process payments.
- Order and manage office supplies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in payroll or HR operations.
- Experience in a shared services environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of social insurance and tax regulations.
- Ability to independently handle payroll calculations.
- Ability to perform tasks accurately with attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset (service mind).
- Logical and analytical thinking skills.
Skills
- Business-level English.
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
